That’s the goal of a new job placement website from the Allen School called the Speed Staffing System™.

While it may be no Access Hollywood, it does turn ordinary students into Medical Billing & Coding "stars."

Qualified graduates get their own "spotlight page," including photograph, bio, special skills and work preferences. Students love it because it gets them in front of potential employers of medical billing jobs— many more than they could meet on their own.

Doctors and hospitals love it because it saves time and they can find qualified candidates at the click of a button. "It’s like a virtual interview," says Dr. Kaiser. "We can see them, hear them, and get to know them a bit. It’s now become the first place we turn to when we need to hire a new employee."
