Robert Teich: President
The Allen School was founded by Loretta Teich, Robert Teich’s mother. He assumed the presidency in 1993. Robert’s son Jason is now a school Vice President, marking the third generation of the Teich family’s involvement in higher education.

Jill Luke: School Director
Ms. Luke started at the Allen School in 1978 as a secretary, working for Loretta Teich. She's held numerous titles including admissions representative and Director of Admissions as she worked her way up to a top position.

Janet Minas: Director of Financial Aid
Ms. Minas has been with Allen School since August 2000. She has worked for several institutions and has been heard to say that she has never worked anywhere where staff and faculty work together towards the same goal...helping students achieve their dreams.

Andrea Johnson-Mignott, MBA: Online Instructor
Ms. Johnson-Mignott holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Management. She has held many different HIM positions such as, Manager for a HIM Department, Director of an Ambulatory Clinic, HIT Program Director, and Coder.

Margie White, MS Health Sciences: Online Instructor
Ms. White is a registered health information administrator (RHIA) as well as a licensed nursing home administrator (NHA). She is currently the Director of HIM and the assistant administrator for the only skilled nursing facility in the country "for the deaf, by the deaf."

Dr. Rita Daniel: Online Instructor
Dr. "D" has over 10 years experience as an owner and health care provider for her personal Chiropractic practice. She is an experienced instructor in the health care field.

Thomas M. Redenbaugh, D.C.: Online Instructor
Dr. Redenbaugh is an Air Force and Navy veteran living in Texas. He comes from the Parker College of Chiropractic were he served as Department Chair of Philosophy and Techniques.

Sandra Masten: Online Instructor
Mrs. Masten is a Licensed Practical Nurse in Florida. She taught Medical Terminology at the University of Central Florida and was a member of the Medical Assisting Program and Health Care Administration Program at Florida Metropolitan University.
